Shipping & Returns

We are currently not offering shipment of goods so you can only select Click & Collect/Pick Up In Store.

We ship with various trusted courier networks including TNT, DPD, UPS, and Royal Mail. Items will need to be signed for at delivery, so please make sure there is somebody to receive your shipment.

Please check the condition of the package as you sign for it and note any damage to the outer pack as you sign. If you have any concerns about the condition of the contents within the package, make the driver wait while you check contents and if you find damage please note it as you sign.

Please clearly mark your Web Order/Invoice Reference Number(s) on the outer package and include any printed returns documentation within the package.

You may cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. We have a straightforward Returns process within the Orders section of your Rock and Road Limited account online. You can use this to notify us of purchase cancellation and then return the goods to us. You must return the goods, well packaged and protected (like they were delivered to you), at your own cost. When we have received the goods back safely we will usually process a refund the same day. You do not have to give a reason for the return although if you are happy to, it may help us to improve the service we offer.
