Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Our policy for in-store purchases: In addition to your legal rights, we will happily allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt, in unopened packaging within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. A refund may be offered based on the original payment method but only at the business owner's discretion. You have no legal right to a refund if you simply change your mind when the goods have been purchased in-store.

Used items which have developed a fault (depending on how long ago the purchase was) may require inspection by the manufacturer to determine whether warranty, or fair usage/wear & tear applies, before repair, replacement, credit, partial refund, or refund.  Although this process will take some time, we will do our best to ensure any case of this type is handled in a timely manner.

We recommend you take our 6 Week Complimentary Tune Up & Safety Check (offered with your new bike) around 6 weeks after purchase. This is a break-in tune up to make adjustments for settling. It is not a maintenance service. We encourage you to take advantage of this offer within 10 weeks of purchase.

We will happily undertake any warranty work in line with the manufacturer's recommendation for any brands we are partnered with, whether you purchased from us or not. However, please bear in mind that any administrative time to process warranty and any labour costs to carry out technical service is chargeable if the item under scrutiny was not purchased from us. If you purchased elsewhere and you wish to have no charge then you must return to the retailer where you purchased your item.
